Book a Trial Lesson

Get a taste of the Amplify experience with and book a trial lesson today! We’re passionate about letting kids and families experience our programs firsthand before becoming a member. Trial dates are limited so be quick!  It’s a must for everyone interested in becoming a part of our awesome community

What the kids can expect…

Hey Kids! Step into our state-of-the-art music center in Kinning Park for TWO HOURS of musical excitement! Get hands-on with guitar, drums, and piano, guided by our awesome tutors. Experience the full AMPLIFY vibe with a ONE HOUR small group lesson, followed by a ONE HOUR musicianship workshop with fellow music enthusiasts from different classes.

What parents can expect…

During trial sessions, parents are kindly asked to remain in the building. If you feel your child needs some support, then you’re welcome to ‘sit in’ during lessons, but we don’t recommend it as a rule. We’d prefer it if you chilled in our (noisy) ‘adults only zone.’ We invite you to grab a coffee, connect to our Wi-Fi, and have some down time.

The cost

The total cost of your two hour trial session is £15 shiny pounds. There is also a £1 online payment transaction fee that is nothing to do with us!

Welcome to AMPLIFY Academy of Music, a place where young people come together to learn, create, and connect through a shared love of music.

In just two short years, our innovative organisation has become a thriving and vibrant community of over 200 young musicians.

As parents and music educators ourselves, we believe that music is not just about passing an exam. Our approach is based on achieving outcomes that extend far beyond the scope of a curriculum book. When young people join our club, they embark on a lifelong journey of self-discovery, developing confidence, self-belief, and learning valuable life skills that will serve them well in all aspects of their lives.

Our Kinning Park centre offers guitar, drums and piano lessons in our state-of-the-art studios. Students can also also access our community hub where we encourage collaberative working, and the opporunity to explore wider music industry skills like audio engineering, podcasting, film and media, all under the guidance of our Youth Music Development Officer.

We exist to empower young people by creating an inclusive and supportive community for learning, creating, and connecting through music. Our goal is to help students unlock their potential and foster a lifelong love of music, regardless of their background or experience.

We’re committed to breaking down barriers in accessing education in music, so we reinvest all of our profits back into improving our programmes, not just for our students, but for the wider community as well.
